    Cancellation Policy

    We offer no questions asked cancellation on orders before they are shipped, usually 24 hours.

    Refund & Exchange

    We make our best effort keep our product’s images, description and title as clear as possible. So we request you to carefully go through our product before placing an order. Making a purchase indicates you’ve agreed to all our terms and policies.

    Eligibility For Exchange

    We offer you a 7 days exchange on all products except tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protector. 

    The customer will not be eligible for refund in the following conditions:

    • Self Placed Wrong Order (eg. Ordered wrong model or product).
    • Not same as Advertised.
    • Purchased from local store or other website.
    • Quality not upto the mark, didn’t like the product
    • Exchange should be requested within 7 Days of delivering the product. Whatsapp us by clicking HERE
    • The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
    • The product should not be used.
    • The protective film should not be removed.
    • Order ID should be available.
    • Exchange will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
    • A delivery charge of Rs.200 will be applicable to exchange the order, where we will pick up the order and deliver you the requested product for exchange.
    • If there is difference in the amount of the product, if requested product is of lesser price, customer will get store credits of the same amount, if the amount is more from the purchased product price, customers is supposed to pay the difference amount via prepaid method, if the customer was to pay by COD, an additional Rs.100 (COD charge) will be applied to the difference amount i.e. (Difference + Rs.100 COD charge).
    • Missing items should be reported in 3 days from the date of delivery, post that, the complaint will not be registered.
    • Non-qualifying exchanges include any item(s) marked on "Sale" or sold during offer period or sold as a "BOGO" offer.

    Eligibility For Refund

    We offer 3 Days refund via Gift card on all products except tempered glass, phone skins, camera lens protector.

    • Refund should be requested within 3 Days of delivering the product. Whatsapp us by clicking HERE
    • The product should be in intact condition (As it was delivered to you).
    • The product should not be used.
    • The protective film should not be removed.
    • Order ID should be available.
    • Refund will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
    • Refund amount will be transferred within 48-72 hours after clearing the quality check process.
    • In case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded after deducting COD charges.
    • A processing, shipping and handling charge of Rs.200 would be deducted from the final refund amount

     

    • Store Credit Conditions:
    1. Gift cards can only be used on orders associated with your original account. This means, Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
    2. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.

    Fitting of our Cases

    Our cases will fit perfectly only on a naked phone. If there is any Skin or Film attached to the phone the case/cover will not fit perfectly. We will not be responsible for any such issues or concerns occurred to the buyer.
